North-Carolina based Nomaco Inc., together with Armacell LLC, today announced the sale of Nomaco’s polyethylene insulation business and its related production facility in Yukon, Oklahoma, to Armacell. As part of the transaction, insulation-related sales and production personnel will join Armacell to ensure business continuity.

During the initial transition, insulation product information will continue to be available at Nomaco.com. The information will ultimately be located on the Armacell website.

With Armacell we have found the “right” home for our insulation heritage and are looking forward to seeing the business continue on its growth path.”

Going forward, Nomaco will continue to build a world-class manufacturing operation in Zebulon, NC and invest in innovation and product development across the various industries the company serves. One example of the company’s latest new developments is its new Nomaflex® expansion joint, which is innovating the concrete industry.
